The Treeland Walleye Challenge 2004 had 344 participants (44 were children) with the tournament being filled by March 31, 2004. Walleyes caught, registered, and released were the following; 260 on Friday, 233 on Saturday, and 95 on Sunday for a total of 588 fish. The dates for the 2005 Treeland Walleye Challenge will be May 13, 14, 15, 2005. Entries will be mailed out to this years participants in March 2005. Don Norton caught the largest walleye for the 2004 Challenge, 28 1/2 inches, which is the biggest walleye ever caught in this tournament.

First Place by age under 16 years; Richard Miyagawa, Verona, WI. (10 years old) 19 1/2 inch walleye. Custom Rod & Reel Combo donated by the Mark Gray Family in honor of Grandma Gray and her love for children who enjoy fishing.
