Boat Rental FAQ
Can non-guests rent? Yes, boats must stay on Lake Chippewa Flowage.
Is fuel included? Fuel is additional. We start you with a full tank, you pay for what you use.
What are rental hours? 9 am until 8 pm, 10 am pick up on Saturdays (Peak Season)
What is the minimum driver age? 21 yrs
What happens in bad weather? We are not responsible for weather conditions. Deposits are not refundable due to weather.
What happens if there are damages? You are responsible for ALL damage to the boat.
Treeland Marina Policies
- Pat’s Landing Guests: There is a fee to cover delivery and pick up for any weekly pontoon or fishing rig rental from the Treeland Marina. This is included in the rate.
- Non-Guest Boat Rentals: There is a $75 delivery fee and a $75 pick up fee for Treeland staff to deliver and/or pick up to a public boat landing or another resort on the Chippewa Flowage. This will be added on to the non-guest weekly rate.
- Disclaimer: Delivery and/or pick-up may not always be available due to staffing constraints; please inquire at time of booking.
- Damages: You are responsible for damages. Treeland Resorts does not offer marina insurance, we advise checking your homeowners insurance policy for coverage for rental watercrafts.
- Pets: Pets are allowed on Treeland Marina rentals. They must be leashed from the parking lot to the marina rental. Pets are not allowed on Treeland grounds.
