Our pull through sites allow guests to pull their RV through one side and easily exit the other side. No backup required. SITES: Daily and Seasonal; Spacious Pull-through and back0in sites 75-200 feet long! All sites have full S-W-E with 20-30-50 amps, all have 220 sq ft concrete patio, firepit, picnic table. Wifi hotspots throughout.
RV MAIN LODGE: Private heated bathrooms, ice cream novelties, Oscar’s Country Store, coin laundry, TV lounging area, games and library, ice, firewood, storm shelter and community area.
RECREATION: Heated swimming pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), large playground, kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, stand up paddleboards, shuffleboard, tennis pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball, putting and chipping green, horseshoes, wooded hiking trails, biking & ATV trails nearby. All included in site fee.
SERVICES: Dump station, fishing rig and pontoon rentals, golf cart rentals, winter boat/RV storage, free boat launching and boat slip rentals on Chippewa Flowage. Full Treeland Resort facilities with restaurant, bar, kids’ game room, marina 1 1/4 mile.
RATES: Our bse rate is designed to include the majority of all RV’ers, without additional fees for utilities or recreational equipment. Our site fee is based on four persons over 24 months old, 1 pet, 1 vehicle, 1 RV/trailer with all water, sewer and electric, as well as recreational equipment, such as kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, pickleball, etc included. We allow a maximum of six persons per site at an additional cost.
WEATHER: We are not responsible weather conditions and they are not a valid reason for cancellation.
NO CALL, NO SHOW: ANY NO CALL, NO SHOW reservations will be charged the full amount of the stay.
CANCELLATIONS: Any cacellations made 14 days or less from the day of arrival or rental date, shall forfeit their deposit and booking fee 100%. All cancellations 15 days or more from the arrival or rental date, guests shall receive a refund of deposit less $30 booking fee.
RESERVED DATES: To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the number of nights reserved. We do not offer refunds for early departure. Please check confirmation arrival and departure dates.
PAYMENT MODE: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We offer a cash discount which applies to seasonal rentals. All rates are subject to State of Wisconsin sales tax at 5.5%.
ADVANCE BOOKING FEES & DEPOSITS: Reservations made for the following year require a one night’s deposit or $150 deposit for weekly rentals. Deposits may be made by cash, check or credit card. The deposit will be charged at the time of making the reservation and fully earned within 24 hours.
RESERVATIONS: Daily stays require a deposit of one night’s rental. Weekly stays require a deposit of $150. Fall Specials require a deposit of $250. Seasonal sites require a deposit of $1000.
